- 2010 – 2011 Carnegie Weight Management, Leeds – improving theoretical understanding of the communications aspects of an anti-obesity campaign, conducted as part of Sheffield’s Change4Life project, 2010-11. Project involves interviewing presenters and audiences involved in a series of events throughout the year, to gauge the congruence between intended and received messages. The approach is framed by literature from Bourdieu and the psychology of communication. A full report is due in spring/summer 2011.
